applying

Please fill out the Application Form thoroughly so that we have all the necessary information. We will contact you to let you know if you’ve been selected.

reserving your spot

Once you have been accepted, we accept payments in FULL to reserve your spot. This must be done within 7 days of receiving our email, otherwise we will have to move on to someone else.

cancellation policy

Due to the nature of the group trip, after booking the trip, no refunds can be offered. We suggest participants obtain private travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes or circumstances regarding your travel.

arriving in kahului, maui (ogg)

airport

The airport on Maui is located in Kahului (Airport Code: OGG).

uber/ lyft/ taxi

These are all available on the Island and will bring you from OGG to the property. This is about a 50 minute ride.

rental car

We recommend not renting a car as you will not need one for any of the activities included in your stay nor will there be ample amount of downtown where you would leave the property. Parking is also quite limited where we’ll be staying.

Extending your stay

We expect many of our participants to come early or extend their stay since Hawaii is quite the trek. Let us know if you want any suggestions on other accomodations around the island.

US citizens

US Citizens do not need a passport or travel visa but do require a valid US ID to go through TSA.

International

If you are traveling from outside the US, please check what travel visas you may need!

weather

Weather on Maui in September is typically picture perfect and the surf should be great for all skill levels! Lots of sunshine and little rain, but still be prepared for some showers and variable surf conditions.

age

Due to the nature of this trip and activities involved, the minimum age requirement is 5 years old. We do ask that any children coming be comfortable swimming in the ocean.
